The Illusion of the Drama Triangle

Ah, the dance of form. The stories we tell ourselves. The roles we slip into without even noticing—the Victim, the Persecutor, the Rescuer. All just passing clouds in the vast sky of our being.
We get caught because we forget. We forget that we are not our suffering. Not our stories. Not the judgments or the justifications. We become identified with the drama, mistaking the play for reality. But when we pause, when we step back and simply witness, we begin to see—this triangle, this entanglement, is only as real as we believe it to be.
* The Victim says, “This is happening to me.”
* The Persecutor says, “This is your fault.”
* The Rescuer says, “I’ll fix it for you.”
But the soul knows otherwise. The soul whispers, You are not this.
The soul knows it can choose which role it wants to play:
* The Creator says, "What possibilities exist here & how might I grow from this?"
* The Challenger says, "What truth needs to be seen here, and how can I call forth the best in this situation?"
* The Coach asks, "How can I support you in finding your solution?"
The invitation is simple: See the game for what it is! An opportunity to BE in it, and we are choosing how we play. We can become the presence that watches it all unfold. Become the Witness of ourselves and others—not to fix, not to judge, but to love.

To remind one another of what is already whole, already free.
And in that remembering, the drama dissolves.
Be here now. And see what remains.
With Love, Soul & Spirit,
